Requirements

  • Age Requirement: Guests must be 30 years or older to reserve
  • Golf Cart Reservation: Guests must reserve golf cart for the entire duration of their stay.
  • Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in, except for a $75 non-refundable booking fee.
  • Documentation: Guests are required to submit a copy of a valid driver's license and auto insurance

Guests are permitted to use the golf cart to drive to the following locations:

  • Community Clubhouse (Signature)
  • Ernie’s Bar & Grill at PGA West
  • Any nearby PGA West Golf Course within a 0.5-mile radius

**Please note that golf carts are also allowed access to the driving range. However, they are not registered for use during actual golf play.
